You tell 'em Spike!

In a script that looks right out of "Veep" this has gone three rounds, with MCCarthy losing a single vote in the last round - with the danger that this could be a trend! Eventually, the house could pass a resolution to accept a plurality vote, rather than a majority. But would such a resolution itself pass? (and if it did, would Jefferies win instead?).

Or, dare we dream - could a handful of Democrats agree to be absent, lowering the majority threshold and allowing McCathy to win the vote - in exchange for keeping the crazies off committee seats, and forgoing fake investigations of Biden and Fauci, etc.?
