Well, that degree of historic specificity is not what one finds in dictionary definitions of Fascism - those do tend to pretty well reflect what Trump seems to want for himself and America. See:

From my perspective, your definition itself sets fascism in a historical context that is too limiting. Hitler and Mussolini. But what about Franco? His country suffered differently than Germany and Italy. What about Portugal’s Salazar, an authoritarian regime which lasted into the mid 1970s?

It’s also worth noting that the word “fascist” derives from imperial Rome. A “fasces” was a bundle of sticks tied together. The authority of Rome was the authoritarian force that kept the empire united. So, the concept behind Fascism is very old, and not limited to the mid 20th century.
