Vance’s comparisons are ridiculous. Of a judge tried to tell a president an executive order was against the constitution that would be exactly specifically legal! If ta judge tried to stop an unelected person— who did not work for a congressionally authorized department — from accessing classified records or compromising databases, that would be exactly specifically legal.
