Trump repeatedly confuses names of people - saying he is running against Obama, for one of a million examples. To be fair, some confusion of names is normal. When one has a stutter - which is the only condition Biden has other than normal aging - mixups like that can happen. Not saying this excuses everything. Simply that Trump’s verbal errors are worse and yet the media focuses only on Biden.
