Depending on your needs, you can see the specialist in a reasonable length of time, and get your problems dealt with for free.

To be more specific, CND health care is not free - put taxes pay for it. It is simply seen as a collective good, providing coverage for all citizens. Where in the US it is a predatory marketplace where the sick get charged the maximum possible. Plus the whole unnecessary health insurance parasite.
