Tessa, thank you for this valuable and realistic article. I've been on a personal journey to reduce my footprint for some time - from house to condo, from condo to tiny apartment, from two cars, to one .and next year, to zero cars, renting hybrids when we need one. A more plant-based diet. None of it is enough, but all of it is something. I would love to connect you to a friend of mine , Stephanie Miller, a former World Bank director who singlehandedly founded a non-profit www.ZeroWasteInDC.com and wrote the awesome book Zero Waste Living: the 80-20 Way. In 2021 she spoke to 55 groups and gave dozens of media interviews about small changes that collectively make a big difference. Her purposeful journey gives me hope.
