Says who that the Georgia DA can use withdrawl from a federal election as a bargaining chip in a state RICO case? I don’t think that they can. Only a guilty plea - admitting to inciting insurrection - would theoretically disqualify Trump - but wouldn’t other states still each have to decide for themselves whether or not what went down in Georgia violated the 14th amendment?
