I’m glad you are processing the fallout from the past few years, and giving yourself the time and space to unclench.

I think you are right - we North Americans live in incredibly safe and protect societies compared to the rest of the world, and yet we are more isolated and lonely that people with live in more vulnerable lands but depend on family and neighbors to survive. Will any of us be resilient enough to withstand the climate disasters heading toward us? I don’t know. But you have made a good start in your own lives.
