It all very hypothetical - Mexico sells mostly to the US, so if the US falters, their economy tanks. And India? MIDI is taking the nation in a very disturbing, non-democratic direction. Worse, though, climate change will hammer India’s 1.4 billion people hard. It will cause monsoon rains to fail - creating crop failures too, and famine. As glaciers melt in the north, the great rivers of India - the Ganges, Brahmaputra and Indus - could well become seasonal-flowing rivers. This will bring catastrophe to Indias populous north. So, I’m fearful for India in an era of climate change (Ps - I have spent a lot of time in India, working with development experts there).
