Hi Steve - the problem with any plan like this is that it would require a ton of coordination and agreement to proceed. I just don’t see that happening. Much simpler: simply being the convention forward by a month, to mid July, and let the elected delegates plus the super-delegates choose in an open vote. That requires the lest cobbling together of new rules.

But honestly, for all the reasons you have given, I don’t think the Dems have a choice but to proceed with Biden. I also believe he can will the election, and that this current farce is a media creation. It will blow over. I hope.
