Hi Kerry - you write “the key to controlling the climate is increasing global prosperity.” Isn’t this demonstrably false - global prosperity over the past 40 years has correlated with increased emissions. Maybe you would argue we need a lot more prosperity first? Um, won’t it be too late then?
