Hi Caren - a half-way decent journalist could have found out when that health report was written simply by reading the New York Times story about Biden’s clean bill of neurological health (please see my recent story on Medium from two days ago, with links to that story that explicitly rules out several conditions, including Parkinson’s). The health report itself is in the public record. It would have taken just a few clicks - but instead, seeds of innuendo were planted.
