Convicted in a rape case (of defaming the woman who claimed rape - her claim was validated by the Judge as true by any reasonable definition of rape. So, not alleged rape, actual rape).

Convicted in a fraud case. Awaiting sentence.

Has clearly obstructed justice, charges pending.

Not hints of a failed marriage: two divorces, and a third perhaps on the rocks.
