Dear UNESCO spotlight - I'm hoping you are a UNESCO writer, because having done a little work for UNESCO myself recently, I recommended to my contact there in HR that she pass on an Idea I had for UNESCO to start blogging about the amazing travel destinations that are UNESCO World Heritage sites. I thought of this because I have been traveling a lot last year, and whenever I visit a UNESCO site, I now make a point of mentioning that fact in my story, and linking the the relevant page on the UNESCO website.

Whether your new blog sprang from my idea or not doesn't matter. I am simply delighted that you are up and running. I'm following you.
