Dear Tabitha, clear and excellent article. It’s an issue I wrestle with each morning as I drink my coffee with milk. You don’t address health benefits clearly though. How much calcium in a glass of milk vs. the others? What about other nutrients? Omega 3, etc. Your thoughts?
