Bart, great points that highlight the WB and especially IFC moving in the right direction. I think they could so so much more. For example, many innovative start ups and mid-sized companies in Africa working on climate issues are desperate for funding, but too small to easily qualify for IFC loans. I wish they were bold enough - or took the crisis seriously enough to take more risks.
