Andrew, I can’t find fault with much of what you say, and yet overall you come across as a doomsayer, heralding the demise of America…with enthusiasm? You read kind of like you want this to happen, and it creates for me a weird dissonance. Oh, I agree our troubles are far from over…but I do take heart that the house election was not much worse.

I really really want new leadership for the Dems in the next election, and I wish your efforts were more focused on that issue rather than wailing/gloating over the inevitable destruction of the state.
